This is a powerful shamanic drum, It will fill the space with a real shaman sound. The skin is very responsive, the sound changes when you hit different parts of the drum, it  even allows you to play melodically with overtones.

Drums made by Pilgrim workshop differ from others present in our shop (by Charkov)- they are made of a much thinner skin which makes their sound rich with high overtones. Thin skin also allows playing these drums with fingers like you would on a frame drum or darbuka. 

Also there is a special rope lifting system at the back of the drum which allows to adjust the tension of the skin by simply moving the rope node. This allows to change the pitch of the sound.
